Basalt appoints Tom O’Brien to its Operating Partners Panel

Basalt is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom O’Brien to its Operating Partners panel.

Tom brings over 30 years of senior executive, operational and board experience in infrastructure and renewable energy, having served over a decade with Brookfield Asset Management as CEO of Renewable Power and Transition in Europe and as a Senior Operating Partner across its global renewable energy platform.

In this advisory role, Tom will work together with the Basalt team and operating partners, adding his experience to their combined sector expertise and supporting their work with portfolio company management teams to help drive long-term value.

His appointment builds on Basalt’s commitment to active asset management and the contribution of experienced operational leaders across its portfolio.
