Project Otis

Otis is a 700 MW, behind-the-meter fuel cell generation project in the United States, purpose-built to provide firm, baseload power to a hyperscale data center under a long-term PPA with an investment-grade counterparty. The project will integrate solid-oxide fuel cells with carbon capture technology to deliver reliable, near-zero-carbon power while supporting the offtaker’s near-term energy needs and sustainability objectives. The project is developed by an experienced partner, with Basalt holding a minority stake.
